ReplyDeleteI have to give crazy props to Steph as well. In addition to overcoming fear of the box, she was the only one that actually sprinted during the warm-up.
ReplyDeleteI know we all have a tendancy to slack off during the warm-up but we should all, myself included, make an honest effort to give it all we have.
