    Did this in the H2O:
    200m, 150m, 100m, 50m swim
    after each distance do this triplet:
    50 squats,
    20 DB thrusters
    20 sit ups

    Made it thru 2 rounds

    this one was tough. The math whizzes (Jason, Jeff...) probably already knew this, but the wod is basically a 2k row, 150 box jumps, and "Karen" (150 wallballs). crazy business.

    substituted 45# thrusters for wallballs

    round 1: 1:24/1:38/1:47
    round 2: 2:14*/1:43/2:08
    round 3: 2:06/1:52/1:54
    round 4: 2:20/2:15/2:24
    round 5: 2:26/1:47/1:58

    *rowed 500m, so adjusted time was 29:37
