aim, i only did 3 kb swings with the 45, the rest were with the 55, plus i did 3 xtra with 55--- (ok i just needed to put that out there)-Grans needs all she can get to hang with the level 2 peeps! Lol!

ReplyDeleteThat WOD was hell yesterday!!! I thought it wouldnt be too bad because there was no running. man was i wrong! Hell of a workout and my knees are killing me today but I dont care I love crossfit!
