  3. strong work everyone. double unders are a pain and you all battled through them for the rx'd effort. it was nice to see some longer strings from those that have struggled with the DU's in the past. keep practicing, they get easier and you will soon be stringing 15 together.

  4. I haven't been on the verge of a "Pukie" visit in a while...I kept pushing to keep up with Mike and it basically sent me there. Great job everyone!!! Always a pleasure working out with you all!

  5. Hey Everyone!

It sucks that I've had to work late every night this week...I miss coming to the box and working out with everyone. And what's worse is I get home so late I have no time to work out on my own! ahh!! :( Hopefully I won't have to work late tomorrow and I can come to the 5:30 or 6:30 class.

    On another note:

I have just signed up for the "Marine Corps Marathon" in DC...which actually is not a marathon but rather a 10K. They call it "The People's Marathon."

If you are interested here is the website:

It's on Oct 25th. It looks like it's going to be an awesome event!

  6. One more tune for the play list:

    "Bro Hymn" by Pennywise

Best enjoyed when cranked to maximum volume during keg stands. Its for the sistas too.

I think Doug would approve of this one.
