  1. This workout sounds great. My legs are so spent after saturday and sunday's workouts. Can't wait to see the new box jumps.

  2. Nothing like a good leg destroying workout to start the week. Good thing tomorrow is my rest day.

I am assuming that we will not be using the curb or someone's hood for the box jumps so I am guessing that something is finished. Very exciting. It will be nice to see how much harder the 24 inch jump is....

  3. Evan is bringing some "treats" tonight and I don't mean chia seeds or chocolate muffins...although we never know what he has up his sleeve! A special thanks to Evan, we are all excited to see the new boxes tonight!

  7. I did what I could from home. I had to make some modifications. I ran Michael yesterday with 800 M runs, so I substituted 500 M rowing for today's 400 M runs. I got about halfway through the first round doing 20" box jumps on my wife's cedar chest, and then she came home, so I had to switch to step ups on the sly; otherwise, I would have had a Fight Gone Bad on my hands! I also sub'd 20 lb dumbell thrusters for the wall balls.

    So, 5 Rounds:

    500 M Rowing
    30, 20" box step ups
    30, 20 lb dumbell thrusters

    Time: 34:30

    I need a jump box!

  11. Wow, very cool of Evan for engineering the boxes. The equipment is really growing. Maybe I'll start to build a shed outback. Cheers.

  12. AWESOME work tonight everyone and to Hannah and Ray on the "away from home WOD's"! Ray, I'm pretty sure I know a guy who makes kick-ass plyo-boxes!! Keep jumping on that cedar chest and your wife might approve the purchase! haha!
