Although we don't have class tonight,
the below is a little at home WOD for you to accomplish on your own.

3 Rounds for time:
50 Squats
50 Sit-Ups
10 Jump Squats
10 Burpees
10 Push-Ups

We will be adding classes in January.

  1. Wednesday at 5:30 or 6:30 and maybe a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. Just a thought. I can't make it to any AM classes unless they are at the butt crack of dawn!

    Wednesday and Thursdays at 5:30pm or 6:00pm. Afternoon classes on the weekend would be great too.

  3. 6:30 classes during weekdays work for me since I usually don't get out of work till 5:30ish and saturday mornings at 10:00 work.

    Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday @ 5:30

    Friday 5:30

    Saturday and Sunday Mornings would also be good.
