WOD-Workout of the day
WBS-Wall Ball Squats
MetCon- Metabolic Conditioning Workout
KB-KettleBell
SDHP-Sumo Deadlift High Pull
DL-Deadlift
KTE-Knees to Elbows
OHS-Over head Squat
AMRAP-As many rounds as possible
