Coach once said, "We are limited by the margins of our experience." <br /><br />The muscle-up is surely intimidating...particularly when you see some members of the gym doing them at will. That being said, it is no excuse to avoid a workout with them because you are not there...yet. I worked for about 3 years before getting my first muscle-up and I have only managed to do 58 in my lifetime. I currently cannot do them consistantly but the feeling on top of the rings is like no other. I would STRONGLY urge everyone in the gym, regardless of your current level to make this a goal.
