Remember if your having trouble with the dead lift pop into one of our barbell strength sessions and figure out what the issue is. Its a lot easier to correct small problems in that environment than when you're going for intensity. Being more efficient through technique is more effective than just muscling through.Vinnynoreply@blogger.com
